CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY
Thoughtful therapy for meaningful, lasting change
My practice offers a warm, non-judgemental space
My style of practice offers a safe, thoughtful space to explore difficult experiences and gain a deep understanding of the patterns that shape your emotions, relationships, and sense of self.
Through a collaborative, evidence-based approach, therapy can help you move from overwhelm toward clarity, connection, new ways of responding, and a more meaningful way of living.
Meet Ourania
I’m a Clinical Psychologist providing therapy for adults from an attachment and trauma-informed perspective.
Supported by a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and over 20 years of experience, my practice integrates advanced training in the assessment and treatment of psychological distress with a thoughtful, relational approach to therapy.
Emotional difficulties are approached with curiosity and compassion, and experiences such as anxiety, overwhelm, disconnection, and relationship challenges are viewed as meaningful adaptations to life experiences (and the relationships in our lives), rather than symptoms to eliminated.
My style of therapy offers a shared, collaborative process from a foundation of emotional safey and connection, and achieving meaningful change in the ways that matter to you.

Outside of Work
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife and 3 children. Where possible, I indulge in the ocean, nature, playing soccer, reading, and falling down rabbit holes with friends who enjoy thoughtful conversation.
Therapy is the science of change achieved through the art of human connection.
My practice is grounded in values of respect, non-judgement, collaboration, depth, inclusivity, and evidence-based care with a focus on creating a thoughtful and safe therapeutic space, and a pace that feels manageable and meaningful.
Initial sessions focus on developing a shared understanding and stabilisation (e.g. symptom reduction, emotional regulation, and improving day-to-day functioning) while building clarity and emotional support.
This is followed by deeper exploration of underlying patterns, attachment experiences, and long-standing ways of relating that may contribute to ongoing difficulties and emotional distress. This deeper work aims to foster greater self-understanding, emotional flexibility, and more connected ways of relating to self and others.
This dual process allows space for both short-term relief and longer term, meaningful psychological change.
